On Sunday, October 16th, more than 550 FOS runners and family members donned capes, masks, and super suits to run in the annual CHaD HERO. For the seventh year in a row, FOS runners and families raised funds through coin drives, bake sales, and support from friends and neighbors. The average donation size was small, but the collective effort and matching funds from Finding Our Stride and the Jack and Dorothy Byrne Foundation raised $74,705 for CHaD! Since we first started supporting the event in 2016, FOS has raised more than $180,000 for CHaD.

White River School BATs Donate Peanut Butter and Jelly to Local Food Pantry

Every Spring, each team selects a local non-profit organization to support through raising goods or funds. The White River School BATs (Being Awesome Together) mobilized their classmates to donate more than 100 jars of peanut butter and jelly to the Caring and Sharing Food Pantry of United Methodist Church. The initiative was highlighted by NBC News.
