Building resilience through accessible movement

At Finding Our Stride, we believe in the power of fitness to empower youth, regardless of their background or experience level. Our programs prioritize accessibility, inclusivity, and individual growth, providing a welcoming space for children to explore the joy of movement and develop lifelong habits of physical activity.

  • Free and Accessible

Our afterschool programs are free and open to all children, removing financial barriers to participation. With practices held directly after school, we minimize transportation hurdles for parents, ensuring that every child has the opportunity to participate. Our sneaker fund provides shoe vouchers to any runner in need of financial assistance.

    Non-Competitive Approach

Finding Our Stride focuses on fitness as a personal journey, emphasizing participation and individual goal-setting over competition. Our programs provide a supportive environment where children can develop their physical abilities at their own pace, without pressure or judgment.
